Empowering Underserved Adults to Build Community & Break into New Careers
Climb Hire, an equity-focused, BIPOC-led non-profit, empowers and prepares underserved adults for tech careers. The Motherhood executed an influencer campaign that produced 90 content pieces, garnering over 500,000 video views and 7,500 link clicks, successfully increasing awareness and a sense of urgency, and reaching full enrollment capacity for 2024.

- Ferdinand, a tech expert and entrepreneur, shared general Climb Hire messaging (his TikTok has over 233,000 views and counting).
- Alicia, mom and career coach, created the ‘toxic boss’ series, bringing a humorous look at a serious issue.
- Nicole, a tech expert who changed careers, shared her story and how Climb Hire could help her audience break into tech.
- LeeNor, entrepreneur and marketing coach shared Climb Hire’s ‘life-changing’ opportunity.
It’s a Hoot! Launching a New Gaming Brand Through a Holiday Influencer Campaign
Hootenanny Games selected The Motherhood to develop an influencer strategy during the holiday season. Average engagement rates exceeded industry averages, with 200,000 video views, 2.2 million impressions, and over 6,000 clicks to the Hootenanny page on Amazon, resulting in a 900 percent increase in daily sales. Wonder, Explore and Learn Together: Influencers Bring Awareness to Remake Learning Days for PA Families
Remake Learning Days, the world’s largest learning festival, unites students, families, educators, and communities to celebrate the joy of learning. To enhance public awareness and drive attendance, RLD engaged The Motherhood for an influencer campaign. Influencers produced 23 pieces of content, achieving over 173,000 impressions and nearly 2,000 website clicks.

- Elaine, a mom of a high schooler, shared her experience at a countryside fair hosted at a local high school.
- Kelly, a toddler mom and local TV host, shared pre-festival information, where to find events and how to get involved with the festival.
- Amanda and her family had previously attended the festival (organically) and were so excited to highlight what events they went to in the past and what they were most excited about for 2024.
- Ren, an Eastern PA mom of two, shared about an event that was great for the whole family. Highlights included learning about bees, playing with STEM toys, making bird treats, and tying knots.
Each year, the Renaissance Awards honor local organizations, agencies and businesses as well as communicators for their innovative work across all aspects of public relations and marketing communications.
